Delivery 

For shipping time estimates on specific products, please refer to our products page. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please remember that these times are only estimates and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. To ensure a successful delivery, we recommend shipping all items to a permanent address. All orders are sent with tracking. Please note that we are not liable for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned to us.

Returns or Exchanges

If there's a defect or problem with your order, or if it's not what you expected, please email our team at threadyjane@gmail.com to arrange a return or exchange. You have 14 days from receiving the product to process a return request, and an additional 7 days to send the item back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn, or the return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for loss or damage during return shipment. Any damaged or spoiled items will either be recycled or can be sent back to you.
